Two Goats and a Donkey!

Good Tuesday morning! What a fantastic weekend! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend as well!.Steve and Ian came down as usual, and a wonderful time was had! We went shopping Saturday around town and then went to Collins to the antique store there after lunch at Shady Acres Village on Hwy 49. I ended up getting a Daisy and Buttons Crossbar creamer in amber for $15, which isn't a bad price at all for that. Daisy and Buttons Crossbar (aka Mikado) was introduced by Richards and Hartley Glass Co. in 1886. So it's almost 140 years old!

After Collins, we came back home for a bit to spend time with Cooper before we had to leave for dinner at Chesterfield's with 6 others (Shane, Hugh, Derek, Cathy, Garfield, and William/Bill). Chesterfield's is nice, but they have an annoying policy that meant we didn't get seated for almost an hour of waiting. They require ALL members of a larger party to be present before they will set up a table to seat you. Highly annoying. It'll probably be a while before we go back with other than just a few of us.

We went shopping at a few places Saturday night after dinner. We went to Target, and then Ian ran into Ross while I went into Home Goods, where I found a Halloween kitchen towel set that I decided I just had to have! After that, we headed home and snacked on some candy and some of the apple pie I'd gotten at Sam's earlier that day.

Sunday we went to Walmart and Home Depot after breakfast, then to Five Below before we had lunch at the Lost Pizza Co. After that, it was time for Ian and Steve to head home. Cooper and I ran back over to Home Depot, where I got a couple of skeletons and some pathway lights that are skulls and jack-o-lanterns. I went ahead and put the skeletons up, once I decided how I wanted to display them - they are climbing up the porch posts to invade the house from above!

Ok, just wanted to get a quick update out here. For the pics below, the first 13 are, with no surprise, of Cooper. The next is showing where Cooper destroyed my new "Creepin' It Real" shirt that you may remember from the September 3rd blog. I loved it, but evidently Cooper loved it more, so it's now in the garbage. There was no way to repair the huge hole he put in it. Next is a sentiment I definitely feel. "If I die before my dog, let him see my body. Dogs understand death, I don't want him to think I abandoned him." My heart hurts thinking that Cooper may believe I've abandoned him if I die before he does. That's the main reason I was there for Max's death when it was time, so that he would know I was with him until the very bitter end and he could take that memory into the afterlife with him, feeling my presence. The next 2 images are making fun of DJT for saying, on the televised debate, that immigrants are eating cats and dogs in Springfield, Ohio. The man is so delusional, but what's worse is there are people who actually believe his insane rantings.

Next is a house that I would love to live in! It's a farmhouse and has a wrap-around porch that would be just awesome to relax on or sit out with a laptop to create content for the blog! And then there's a screenshot I did from a FaceBook friend that I think sums up American Christianity in a nutshell. The next three images are at the Shady Acres Village with a huge skeleton and Ian. Next is a ceramic Halloween tree at TJ Maxx that I thought was adorable. The next 30 images are of Steve and me with various SnapChat filters while sitting at the bar in Chesterfield's waiting on our table (this was after all 9 of us had arrived, but they still didn't get us a table for at least 20 more minutes). The butterfly/human skeleton is from Big Lots and I thought it was cute. Next are several images that outline how to make a burning human skeleton pit. And finally we come to the images of my skeletons trying to invade the house! Ahhhhhhaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! Then last, but certainly not least, is a cute little gate of trapped souls in hell.

As before, I separated the male model pictures onto a second page, click here to see the eye candy. Enjoy!

Ok, that's about it! I hope you enjoyed this little post and that you'll have a wonderful week ahead! Love you all!
