On The 25th Day of HalloweenFriday, October 25, 2024 On the twenty-fifth day of Halloween, my true love gave to me 25 vampires rising at dusk, 24 will-o-whisps a'flittin', 23 graveyard plots, 22 rings of smoke, 21 chupacabras, 20 black cats, 19 jack-o-lanterns a'burnin', 18 shrines of lies, 17 skulls a'flamin', 16 Wednesday Addams a'dancin', 15 bonfires a'burnin', 14 shirtless sorcerers casting, 13 phantoms floating, 12 eyeballs a'staring, 11 Red Eye Louie Vodquilas, 10 fireball spells whirling, 9 hellhounds snarling, 8 ghosts a hauntin', 7 witches stirring, 6 skeletons clacking, 5 crows a'murderin', 4 ghouls a'dancin', 3 spiders spinning, 2 zombies running, and a vulture in the Halloween tree! Friday has finally arrived! And just in time! I'm'a needing this recharge with my fellas when I see them tonight. I hope Friday finds everyone in a fantastic mood and ready to have a great weekend!Once more, I looked for the creature when I came to the Dog Curve driving home last night, but my headlights seem to be acting weird. The left one went out (as it does every 4-6 months it seems), and I replaced it yesterday morning, but it seemed "off" to me last night when I was driving home. It was as if there was a shadow in the middle of the light, and it also seemed to be going off to the left more than it should. So it was very distracting. However, when I arrived home, got out, and looked at it, it seemed just fine, so I'm not sure what the hell is going on. Maybe just my imagination, but it definitely seems different than it was before. I may just have to check the actual light placement and see if I managed to get it crooked when I inserted it, so it may look fine from outside and actually have a bit of angle to it. We shall see if I can figure anything out with it. If nothing else, Steve can look at it this weekend and see if I did anything wrong. So now it's 6 days until Halloween! I've been awaiting it, but now it makes me a bit sad that it's so close to being over. Haha, me and my mental health issues! Always sad or anxious about something, it seems! Maybe I should just be committed haha! Anyway, I really, really need to get my decorations lit up again outside. I know, I've been talking about that a lot as well, but not doing anything about it. Maybe that will change this weekend - we can only hope, anyway! Ok, I've rambled enough, you didn't come here to read about my insanity, you came to see the insane images I produced!
