On The 21st Day of HalloweenMonday, October 21, 2024 On the twenty-first day of Halloween, my true love gave to me 21 chupacabras, 20 black cats, 19 jack-o-lanterns a'burnin', 18 shrines of lies, 17 skulls a'flamin', 16 Wednesday Addams a'dancin', 15 bonfires a'burnin', 14 shirtless sorcerers casting, 13 phantoms floating, 12 eyeballs a'staring, 11 Red Eye Louie Vodquilas, 10 fireball spells whirling, 9 hellhounds snarling, 8 ghosts a hauntin', 7 witches stirring, 6 skeletons clacking, 5 crows a'murderin', 4 ghouls a'dancin', 3 spiders spinning, 2 zombies running, and a vulture in the Halloween tree! Happy Monday, y'all! Where did the weekend go? Sunday seemed to melt away at an alarming rate after Steve and Ian left. It's like Monday couldn't wait to get here, so it shoved the rest of the weekend to the side! Like, whoa there, Monday, calm your tits and back off! But of course it's way too late for that, it has caught up to us and it has won the race.So last night, I made my delicious hamburger soup for dinner. It's really quick and easy, just brown a pound of hamburger (I add Montreal Steak Seasoning to mine), then when the hamburger is done and drained, add four cans of Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable soup to it, with some water that's been swished around in the cans, and bring to a boil. Could not be easier, could not taste better! It's a "recipe" that I learned from my mom lol. And always use Vegetarian Vegetable, it gives the soup a much better taste! That will also be my lunch today and probably dinner tonight as well, if there's enough. I love it, so I tend to overeat when I have it! Big shock, I know!
