On The 16th Day of HalloweenWednesday, October 16, 2024 On the sixteenth day of Halloween, my true love gave to me 16 Wednesday Addams a'dancin', 15 bonfires a'burnin', 14 shirtless sorcerers casting, 13 phantoms floating, 12 eyeballs a'staring, 11 Red Eye Louie Vodquilas, 10 fireball spells whirling, 9 hellhounds snarling, 8 ghosts a hauntin', 7 witches stirring, 6 skeletons clacking, 5 crows a'murderin', 4 ghouls a'dancin', 3 spiders spinning, 2 zombies running, and a vulture in the Halloween tree! Humpday! T'is the humpday of the week, which means after today, the week is downhill until we reach the weekend! And thank goodness I don't work this weekend, I'm ready to get out and enjoy my Saturday with my guys! However, I'll be dropping off my van to get the oil changed, so I'll be at the mercy of Steve and his truck that day lol. Should be interesting!Humpday can sometimes be a time of thinking back over the week, deciding what could be done to improve it, and then moving forward with those improvements for the rest of the week. And sometimes it can just mean a quick breath and getting ready for the rest of the week's madness! There's a reason that Morticia Addams named her girl-child Wednesday, since it's the most mysterious day of the week, the center-most day of the week, the height of the week, and the epitome of the middle of the run with the homestretch just becoming visible to the eye!
