Two Goats and a Donkey!

Monday, November 4, 2024

The first Monday after Halloween! And my first post since the 31 Days of Halloween! I hope the Spooky Month treated everyone well and that you're entering into November with a refreshed state of mind! The three days that elapsed between Halloween and today have been pretty eventful, with work, Ian and Steve, more work, more Ian and Steve, and a nice lunch at Lost Pizza with Ian, Steve, Blaise, and Shane. I had expected this Saturday I'd be working, since I'm sure the bossman had planned for me to, but since I had off last Monday for Cooper's PTSD and worked this past Saturday as a result, I will not be working this Saturday. So who knows what the three of us will be getting up to?!

Cooper is coming along nicely, his wounds are healing along but he still refused to go outside on his own now, which I figured would be the likely result of that attack. He already hated outside, but then being attacked by Brownie just has ensured he'll never be comfortable outside. At least not without some sort of intervention by me. I'll have to work out some sort of plan for getting him outside soon.

So today is the beginning of 5 days of work, with the reward after the fifth day of being off with my guys for 2 days and then beginning all over again next Monday. LOL, I just sound so excited for all of this, don't I? Well, it's life, so nothing really to get excited about. We all have to do what we have to do so survive in this world. Frankly, though, I get a little tired of just surviving. Someday I'd like to know how it feels to thrive, not just survive. Anyway, getting maudlin here, and in the famous words of that lady in the viral video, Ain't nobody got time for that! Also, I'm going to let the pics below speak for themselves. They've been building up through October when I was just posting spooky stuff!

Ready to see the guys? Just click here to see the eye candy. Enjoy!

Ok, everyone have a great Monday and I'll see ya when I see ya!
