Two Goats and a Donkey!

Friday, May 14, 2021

Once again, my apologies. I last posted on Sunday, May 9, and I'd said I would try posting every day again, but alas, here it is Friday, May 14, and I'm just now posting another. This has been another crazy and troubled week. However, I was able to work some yesterday afternoon, for just over 4 hours! I was so happy to be able to, and was going to work today, but of course my issues got in the way of my doing that.

Since my last post, I've been told that I need to have a liver biopsy performed to see if my liver fibrosis has turned cancerous. I don't know when I'll be able to schedule that, that procedure will actually take longer (because I'll have to be kept for a few hours for observation) than the EGD I'm having Monday morning. The hubs is having to carve out some time to be able to take me Monday morning for the EGD, but I don't think he'll be able to set aside time for the biopsy, so I'm not quite sure how that's going to work out. Because of the anethesia, they won't let me drive myself of course. We're supposed to discuss it with the doctor Monday morning to see when and how to schedule it.

On the bright side, I do have some pictures to share today. The first one below is of my little backyard chipmunk. He's been one of my "tenants" for about a year now, and while I've gotten grainy pics of him in the past, this is the first really decent picture I've gotten of him. He's so cute! The next two are pictures of my impatiens/plectranthus pot sitting on my porch. Then the last 3 are of one of my hydrangeas starting to bloom. So beautiful!

Ok, gentle reader, that's it for today. Have a great Friday evening, and hopefully I'll post again tomorrow!

George
