Two Goats and a Donkey!Sunday, August 23, 2024 Happy Friday, y'all! Or "Friyay", as the kids say! I hope everyone has had an awesome week and that you're ready for the weekend! I know I am! This will be the first Saturday this month I haven't had to work, although there's a slight chance I may have to work 12-5 for Jack tomorrow. Hopefully I won't have to, but we shall see. I'm looking forward to seeing my guys tonight after work, and hopefully we can go to Mobile tomorrow. We're having dinner with our friend Cathy tomorrow night, so we won't be able to stay the entire day in Mobile. That gets a little tiresome anyway, so I'm sure it'll be fine. We'll just skip the flea market, since it's too hot anyway, and go to the little antique store on Schillinger that Ian wants to hit, and then maybe just go to the B&B Pet Stop.My boss got back from his vacation Monday, but was sick, so he stayed home Tuesday until his doctor gave him the all clear, so he returned to work Wednesday. And then proceeded to order a shit-ton of inventory that will be arriving today! Half of it we need, so there's that lol. But enough about work haha. I finally got Steve to narrow down our list of places to eat tomorrow night, so I submitted those options to Cathy just now to see what she might prefer. Of the three he chose, we eat fairly regular at one, have eaten once or twice at another, and I don't remember us ever eating at the third. I've eaten there at least once when I was working at USM, when a bunch of us went out for lunch there, and we were super late getting back because the servers were slow bringing us our checks - like, we legit sat there for at least 45 minutes just waiting to be able to pay. Ok, pics (or it never happened lol)! The first 6 pics are of Cooper, of course. In the last one, he's staring up at the dinosaur toy I got him that he'd chewed the leg off within the first few hours of having it haha. He's very good at destroying things! But he's the love of my life, so it's fine. 😂 Next is a little cartoon I specifically put in here for Ian and me lol. I no longer collect Ken dolls, but it's still super funny! The next 2 images are of an accident that happened on the highway that my work store is on. I do hope no one was injured, and I've no idea where the other car was. I only saw this one. The next one is from Sam's, it's a quarter I found in the parking lot heading back to my van. It was face-up and is from 1968, which is the year that Steve was born. Those facts, combined with the fact I was getting Steve's items from Sam's, leads me to believe this is not coincidental and is, in fact, a sign for me. Of some sort lol. The next 3 are of 2 throws I bought at Sam's that are just perfect Halloween throws! And then there's the sign outside of work that says it all lol. And finally, an image of Saxon Dunworth, today's spotlight model. As before, I separated the male model pictures onto a second page, click here to see the eye candy. Enjoy! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and be safe until next time! George |
