Two Goats and a Donkey!Sunday, August 4, 2024 As Sunday draws to a close, I felt like I needed to get a blog entry out, even though I've only 6 pics to put in it (except for the male candy, which has quite a few more than 3!). I worked this weekend, so there wasn't really a whole lot going on. We went to the South Mississippi Toy Fest. I got 2 Ken dolls for $4 there, while Ian got a few other things. I'd considered getting some Game of Throne action figures that were $5 each, but never did. I kept going back to them, and even considered asking the booth's owner if he'd take $12 for all 3 that I was interested in, but I just couldn't see getting them. I have enough junk in this house lol. The three I had considered were John Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, and the Night King. They also had 2 versions of Arya Stark for $5, and all three of the dragons (one priced $20, the other 2 priced $50 each). If they'd had Robb Stark, I most likely would have gotten him. But, alas, they did not.Otherwise, it was just a regular short weekend. I worked, Steve and Ian shopped for part of the day and then stayed home with Cooper for the rest. We ended up having a very late dinner together at McAllister's once I got off work, and then had some drama where Steve couldn't find his credit cards. After an exhaustive search in his truck, he called his mom, who after 10 minutes or so located them in her vehicle, thank goodness. When we got back inside to eat, our food was cold lol, but it was fine, Steve had his peace of mind as to where his cards were. Sunday was short, as Steve and Ian left about an hour earlier than usual, but it was fine. The few pictures below are of the Halloween display at Lowe's, which I'd love to have any of them, but they're $350-$450 each, so that's not gonna happen. Then while I was out in the car waiting on Steve and Ian to shop at Ollie's this morning, I looked down and saw that the steering wheel had made a very familiar shape across my crotch lol. So of course I had to snap a picture! I posted it in the A Paranormal Chicks group on Facebook and it was an instant hit, as I figured it would be lol. Then there's a pic of Cooper, in portrait mode, trying to figure out how to bridge the gap between the recliner, where he was, and the sofa, where I was. The last 3 images are just what the action figures I'd almost gotten look like. As before, I separated the male model pictures onto a second page, click here to see the eye candy. Enjoy! As always, have a great rest of your day, and until next time, stay frosty! George |
